It's just BIG and beautiful. I saw (and heard) the II-76 at least three times a week at Trollenhagen (ETNU) during 2011. The Swedish airforce were also regular visitors. Just got to love the King-Air in Jaguar livery. Can anyone guess what this is? It's the S-38 Sikorsky "flying yacht".

The Iljushin II-76 vs our PA44-Seminole - no chance! And we so often managed to have the smallest A/C on the airfield. The sunsets and the night flying are really spectacular. Just have to keep an eye open for the CBs and icing conditions. Neubrandenburg also has some really lovely places to visit.

Flew a Caravan into Conakry for maintenance and back out later on in 2013. Met up with some heli-crews and had a few beers next to the pool at the Riviera Hotel.

Tuesday, October 5, 2010. Let me get to the point by digressing…. My original idea for this post was to lambaste Lady GaGa for the pop icon she has become. She is the neo-MTV incarnate. She is focused on image over music, controversial, exceedingly sexualized, and a white female (see: Madonna, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Pink).
