Hasselhoff Potatoes | Cuak! Cuak! Cuak! in English
https://encuakcuakcuak.wordpress.com/2011/01/27/hasselhoff-potatoes
I'm still not sure. Working on it. When I figure it out, I will let you know. This weekend I saw a great post at Baking Serendipity. With a recipe called Hasselback Potatoes. Wash the potatoes, as Serendipity said, we don’t want to eat dirt! Bake on a preheated oven at 180 C (380/400 F) until potatoes are soft, about one hour or so. I served it with roast beef. It tastes great on toast – toast as we make them in Brazil, that is:. Click to email (Opens in new window). Click to print (Opens in new window).

Chronicles of Gardening, Cooking, Living in Comox with M. and Tessa (our Pudelpointer). Gardening, Cooking, Living in Comox with Tessa. Saturday, July 5, 2014. Today, despite the rainy weather, I went hunting for a zinc based lip treatment so I can stop burning my lips. I already have one sun spot on my lip and get sores that no SPF lip balm I have tried will prevent. I came home and decided to try blending one of my favourite winter lipsticks in more-or-less equal portions of zinc creme. Fat of the Land.

That Girl Cooks: 2012
http://thattngirlcooks.blogspot.com/2012/01/2012.html
Sunday, January 1, 2012. Really - this past year has been amazing, and I've followed up with my resolution to learn to cook everything I could find at the Farmer's Market - except that I've been too busy cooking to blog about it. In all honesty, I've had a pretty steep learning curve this year, and was very unprepared for all there was to do. In 2012, I think I may have it figured out. But what a wonderful year it has been for me! I'm going to try. I really am. Tell me about it. Linkin' a Little Love.

That Girl Cooks: Kale and Broccoli Saute
http://thattngirlcooks.blogspot.com/2012/02/kale-and-broccoli-saute.html
Wednesday, February 1, 2012. Kale and Broccoli Saute. As promised - here is my favorite recipe, I mean, METHOD for cooking up kale and broccoli. Fortunately, both are still in the grocery stores right now at a reasonable price. And while they aren't nearly as good as what we can find from our local farmers in season, it is certainly good enough that we clean the pot! Kale and broccoli - how ever much of each you like - I use. 1 - head of broccoli. 2 or 3 pieces of bacon. A few Tablespoons of olive oil.
