Saturday, December 20, 2014. New decorations for the tree and front doors this year thanks to the Nutcracker Market! Meghan's 6th grade choir sang a beautiful Christmas program! JSL presented our local police department with a check for $2,000 for their Blue Santa program. We raised the money at our Teddy Bear Tea in November. We went to look at Christmas Lights with Lauren and Landrie! Scott finally got his big buck! I took a suburban full of girlies to see The Gronch. Kate with her paintbrush ornament.

Friday, May 22, 2015. Crawfish, Concerts and Mother's Day! In between soccer and dance, we have managed to fit in some fun entertainment on the weekends! The girls have both learned to love crawfish! We are enjoying the city summer concert series, especially when our friend Cole Degges performs! Our Junior Service League put on the. Charlie Robison was the entertainment and he was fabulous! We event got to meet him! We enjoyed a nice Mother's Day with a morning at church and nice relaxing day at home!

Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Courtney and Jeff made our trip home from Colorado more manageable by letting us stop at their home in Aledo. The girls were so excited to see Landry, Korley and Callan! Courtney and I took the girls to a trampoline park called Flight Deck and then had a yummy lunch at Campisi's! Scott and Jeff kept Callan and enjoyed downtime and football. Monday, August 3, 2015. July 4th Holiday Weekend! Scott and the girls kicked off the holiday weekend with a crabbing trip to Surfside. They had a great run and brought home enough for a lunch-time crab boil. We spent the evening celebrating our friend Jeannette's birthday in Galveston. We had an awesome dinner at Rudy and Paco's. This was our first time to eat there and we will definitely be going back! The girls put on their 4th attire and we went to the Vardeman's for swimming and fireworks!

Wednesday, June 25, 2014. Wedding Weekend in Vail. Scott and I kicked off the summer travel season with a trip to Vail, Colorado for his boss's wedding. Kelly and Chad agreed to keep the girls for us and even drove all the way to Lake Jackson to pick them up! Kelly and the kids came down the day before we left and the kids managed to fit in a little swimming between dance rehearsals and bedtime. Meghan and Kate had a super fun weekend with their cousins! Thursday, July 17, 2014. Our house got a new look while we were in Phoenix! July 4th and Summer in Abilene at Grandmommy and Pa Pa's!
