As Connor told me months before, "5 is a pretty big deal Mom.". So, we threw him the Power Rangers birthday party that he requested to include a giant bouncy slide. Wednesday, August 20, 2014. We had a fun weekend of surprising Connor with new bunk beds in his room! He kept asking for them and I continued to tell him that Daddy said we can't get them, but I would try to talk him into it. So, on Saturday, I took the kids out to the park to play and to feed the ducks while Chad put them together. When we got home, we told Connor to go up to his room for his nap. Monday, November 24, 2014. Lots of activity this Halloween! First, our annual pumpkin carving competition. From left to right:. Camille (aka Mommy), Grandma Karen, Grandpa Jerry, Connor (aka Mommy), Mommy, Daddy. It was a tight race, but Mommy came out on top with her heart eyes (#5). This year, our daycare arranged a trip to the local pumpkin patch where the kids got to go on a hayride! Here are our little cowpokes all dressed-up:. She is so good to them!
