For all you students out there with exams, here's what I've done to combat the s-word:. Go and buy a tube of Smarties (more if you doing finals). Tape the tube to the edge of your desk. Hit the tube and watch the lid pop out. Repeat last step as necessary. For anyone doing finals. Find an old, empty margarine container (or similar). Find a large (but preferably not too sharp) fisherman's knife, pocket knife or penknife. Avoid stabbing yourself (or anyone else) this tend to lead to more stress, not less.
