In Yantai - China. February 22, 2008. Getting Ready to Go. Meeting Opa for the first time. Being loved on by Oma. Discovering and destroying green things (and wearing his favorite outfit in Indonesia). Our travel to the the tribe was an adventure in itself. We went from plane to ship to dug-out canoe to a rattle-trap truck to hiking on foot. It took us two days to get in and two days to get out, but it was definitely worth the trip. The "ship" is on the left and the dug-out canoe is on the right.).
