Saturday, November 28, 2015. 之後，總覺得在馬鈴薯料理方面還可以再精進一些，身為菜鳥總想要學些不算太難，但又可以唬人的菜色，故而「風琴馬鈴薯」的學習想法就因應而生了。 看影片學料理是我這陣子學習之路的簡要方法，此次則以 風琴馬鈴薯烤箱詹姆士美食鳳味1040522 - YouTube. 為學習標的，其中提及將馬鈴薯切成風琴狀的竅門，即在切的過程中墊上兩支筷子，如此即可讓馬鈴薯下方連接的部位保持一定的厚度，不會有任何閃失而斷裂，這個建議倒是蠻受用的。 風琴馬鈴薯的口感應該是酥脆還是鬆軟呢？若以影片中的建議溫度烘烤，要達鬆軟可能有相當大的困難，若是切片時能有較好的刀工，將每片都能切得夠薄的話，說不定可以烤到酥脆的程度，但刀工可不是三天兩天那麼容易隨便練成的，咱們還是一步一腳印慢慢練習吧！ 風琴馬鈴薯可當餐點副菜，亦可作為午茶點心，作法輕鬆簡單，只要有心任何人都可以嘗試，成功機會相當大哦！ Tuesday, November 24, 2015. 都是步出營區即可享受十二寮地區的美食，再不然開車出去找間美麗的餐廳享用，必然讓你的露營活動增豔不少。 因為只是以烤箱將羊排烤熟，...
