Nested Minds- Minds within a mind.: May 2007

Nested Minds- Minds within a mind. Wednesday, May 9, 2007. Retrospection mode: The nested minds revisited. I really am amazed about how things are going, the way my minds seem to be at war with each other. The differences in the quantity and quality of my work is something that has never failed to amaze both my peers and seniors, but what they don't know, but I happen to know is that I myself am equally surprised about my own ways! Nested Minds- Minds within a mind.: An ode to Anger and the Mind that created it
http://nestedminds.blogspot.com/2007/08/ode-to-anger-and-mind-that-created-it.html
Nested Minds- Minds within a mind. Tuesday, August 28, 2007. An ode to Anger and the Mind that created it. The Dark recesses of the mind reek,. Of the overpowering vitriolic odour of Anger;. An anger deeper than the Oceans,. Anger at having been relegated to,. The status of a non-entity. Anger so potent that it can burn the Mind down,. And with it, what houses it. Anger knows no distinction between the good and bad,. For it, it makes no difference,. They are all the same, the same common enemy. Hopefully...

Blue sky in the eye thoughts. Thursday, October 27, 2005. Burning Bootable CDROM using Nero. This info applies to buring CDROMs using Nero Express software. The CDs created aren't bootable if I create data disk by just copying the contents. I must create an image from the CD itself. Copying the whole CD onto disk and then creating an image won't work. The way to do is:. Insert the disk to copy in the CDRW Drive. Choose the menu option "copy the entire disk". Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Nested Minds- Minds within a mind.: January 2007
http://nestedminds.blogspot.com/2007_01_01_archive.html
Nested Minds- Minds within a mind. Wednesday, January 10, 2007. Give alms to people who don't deserve it, donate money to causes without even finding out their antecedents and do many other irrational things, just to feel that they have done something good. Just a little something to ease the pangs of guilt. If a meaningless act can mean lesser feelings of guilt and sounder sleep, well, so be it. If the person really cared, he could have found a hungry dog and fed it. Absurd? Sunday, January 7, 2007.

Mar 24th, 2009 at 10:36 AM. Does education make a person more humble? Rather, isn't making a person more humble, the true purpose of education? I am not talking about degrees here.I am talking about enlightenment of the mind, widening of perspective, becoming aware of others living with you in this world etc etc. What leads to the "I am always right and things should be the way I keep them" attitude in people? How do people get that "Others are all wrong and only I am right" attitude? A couple of days ago...

Nested Minds- Minds within a mind.: June 2007
http://nestedminds.blogspot.com/2007_06_01_archive.html
Nested Minds- Minds within a mind. Saturday, June 9, 2007. This blog, meant to be an outlet for my inner mind, seems to have become a veritable movie review page! If you haven't felt so already, I might just be giving you the reason to decide so. I'm writing about movies, again! The pace was really slick, with hardly a single slack frame in the entire movie (about 2 hours and 20 minutes of running time). The twists and turns in the movie are very well executed, meaning that one can never guess what i...

Nested Minds- Minds within a mind.: February 2007
http://nestedminds.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
Nested Minds- Minds within a mind. Sunday, February 18, 2007. The mind is a container for our thoughts. We often think that we can think about just about anything that we want, but in reality, it is different. Fantasizing is one thing, thinking is another. To a large extent, even fantasies are bound by the restrictions placed by the container, the mind. If there is something that we feel is beyond us, more often than not, it is a result of the conditioning of our mind. If we refuse to accept it at fa...

Nested Minds- Minds within a mind.: Before and After Taare Zameen Par!
http://nestedminds.blogspot.com/2008/01/before-and-after-taare-zamin-par.html
Nested Minds- Minds within a mind. Thursday, January 10, 2008. Before and After Taare Zameen Par! Cv watched Taare Zameen Par, aka TZP. The first question that people asked was this: Did Cv cry? Cv scratched his head, thought, and said 'No'. And added that he came close to it, a couple of times, hoping to change the expression on the face of the questioner to something more friendly, but no! Cv has to be nuts or an out-and-out cynic or worse, a hypocrite! The wordless stares seemed to convey. Why? Is by ...
