Prior to the opening of the Bulloch County Hospital, the folks of Statesboro relied on the Statesboro Sanitarium for their health care. The facility was located at the former Norris Hotel on Hill Street. Brick Building in the distance is the Norris Hotel-Former location of the Statesboro Sanitarium 1808-1936.
