Losing the weight is getting easier, as long as I can stay away from pizza and oreo cookies, but I still need more support. I think I posted the link to my site here before, but it wasn't quite ready for the public eye at that point. I encourage all of you to pay us a visit again and check everything out. Back to the grind. Well, I've been slacking. I haven't been in the gym more than a dozen times this year. At least til this week. I treated myself to some new work-out clothes (black and pink, kinda cute actually) as a motivation. I've also started eating better again. The food they serve in the mess line is usually fattening, unless you want to eat salad everyday.
