Prakticar 28mm f2.8 initial review. A new purchase sees a 28mm lens being added to my collection. This lens is a little mystery to me, it is labelled as a Prakticar, and made in Japan, but from the research I was able to dig up I couldn’t get a definitive answer to the the capabilities of the lens, so I put a bid in and won the auction.
