This whole cooking experience was new to Adam, so I immediately had to explain that the chefs/bakers were not supposed to eat the ingredients, but those chocolate chips were irresistible! Olivia even needed to sneak a taste. I knew I needed to get their little hands busy fast, or we wouldn't have any chocolate chips to put into our cookies. Olivia started by added the flour while Adam watched carefully. Then, Adam added the salt and baking soda. Olivia added the brown sugar.
