Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much. Saturday, June 23, 2012. GI Ty - turning 6! We celebrated Ty's 6th birthday this year military style! Roll Call with Sargeant Warbington. This was a motley crew. Sargeant Warbington had to break'em down at first! Training Exercise #1: Rescue Mission (wounded soldier relay). Training Exercise #2: Clean Sweep (no pictures. Training Exercise #3: Bombs Away (water balloon fight). Looks like they found it - and didn't leave any men behind. Love you, Ty. GI Ty - turning 6!

Pass the salt, please!: He will not delay
http://shakerfullofsalt.blogspot.com/2011/06/he-will-not-delay.html
Pass the salt, please! YOU are the salt of the earth and the light of the world, therefore do not lose your saltiness nor hide your light. Matthew 5:13-14. Thursday, June 9, 2011. He will not delay. The next day the boys and I were running errands, me with my headache from a night of crying and still in a somber mood. That's when God got my attention, just to say "don't forget who I am and what I can do.". Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. I cant believe...

Pass the salt, please!: Ain't No Mountain High Enough

Pass the salt, please! YOU are the salt of the earth and the light of the world, therefore do not lose your saltiness nor hide your light. Matthew 5:13-14. Friday, October 11, 2013. Ain't No Mountain High Enough. I've stood at the base of the mountain and looked up that 1,000 feet thinking ain't no way Lord. Ain't no way! Spent days taking step after step and those days turned to weeks, and weeks turned into months. I'd lay awake at night crying into my pillow to the point I thought I'd drown. But. If yo...

Pass the salt, please!: The days of glory
http://shakerfullofsalt.blogspot.com/2011/06/days-of-glory.html
Pass the salt, please! YOU are the salt of the earth and the light of the world, therefore do not lose your saltiness nor hide your light. Matthew 5:13-14. Monday, June 6, 2011. The days of glory. They had gone undefeated playing 7 games. I wish you could've been there that day to see the face of every boy. The jumping and whooping, all the hollering. It was a beautiful moment. These are the glory days. That's what my mind keeps thinking. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I am the wife of a wonderful m...

Pass the salt, please!: What they see
http://shakerfullofsalt.blogspot.com/2011/07/what-they-see.html
Pass the salt, please! YOU are the salt of the earth and the light of the world, therefore do not lose your saltiness nor hide your light. Matthew 5:13-14. Friday, July 22, 2011. I put my camera in the hands of my boys today. What is it they find beautiful? I don't know why I'm surprised at what intrigues their individual soul. A true reflection of their personalities. Seems Cooper likes that which grows wild and free! And everything is a gift from God. Post inspired by Ann Voskamp. I'm a fan of:. Women ...

Pass the salt, please!: Is This a Midlife Crisis?
http://shakerfullofsalt.blogspot.com/2013/09/is-this-midlife-crisis.html
Pass the salt, please! YOU are the salt of the earth and the light of the world, therefore do not lose your saltiness nor hide your light. Matthew 5:13-14. Wednesday, September 25, 2013. Is This a Midlife Crisis? I was a nurse before I quit to stay home all those years ago. Now I feel like I have nothing. NOTHING. No job to occupy my time, no kids to take care of all day, and I don't even have a clue who I am anymore. I feel like I gave it all up all those years ago and for what? Where do I go from here?

The Warbington Chronicles: 5th grade promotion ceremony
http://thewarbingtonchronicles.blogspot.com/2012/06/5th-grade-promotion-ceremony.html
Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much. Monday, June 4, 2012. 5th grade promotion ceremony. It's a BIG DEAL! So, for this blog post, I want to honor the second son who has made my heart so proud and has left his mark in a wondeful way on Mulberry Elementary school. The Best Leader/Role Model in the class",. And "The Best All - Around". Well, I couldn't agree more. I'm so glad he's mine. Here he is entering the auditorium for the 5th grade awards ceremony. With friends, Andy Spain and Austin Barnes.

The Warbington Chronicles: Snapshots of Summer 2012
http://thewarbingtonchronicles.blogspot.com/2012/08/snapshots-of-summer-2012.html
Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much. Wednesday, August 1, 2012. Snapshots of Summer 2012. I love summer. I love having my kids at home with me, mixing up the routine a little - not having to have a routine at all if you don't want to - and just enjoying being together. Here are some snapshots of some of the thing we've been able to do. Attending several GBraves games! Getting to raise the 10th man flag during one of the games was especially fun. The Warbington Chronicles
http://thewarbingtonchronicles.blogspot.com/2012/07/real-men-case-2-last-year-i-posted.html
Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much. Wednesday, July 25, 2012. Last year I posted about the "Real men" in my life - chopping wood, conquering the great outdoors. Well, I happened to mention to my Will (a real man of 11 years) that the reason his ceiling fan was making those noises was probably because the blades needed to be tightened. 10 minutes later, I go into his room to find the fan disassembled and Will standing on a stool on his bed screwing it back together. I LOVE IT! View my complete profile.

The Warbington Chronicles: October 2011
http://thewarbingtonchronicles.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much. Monday, October 31, 2011. Let's be honest. If you are a middle aged American woman (even a very young and hip middle aged woman) who spent the Thursday nights of her childhood watching Little House on the Praire, then somewhere in your recipe of the perfect man there is at least a little bit of Charles Ingles. Okay, A LOT of Charles Ingles. Why? And, here they are! Working together with Dad at the lead. This is the REAL, Real Man. Interesting . . And this, is what Real ...
