Grilled Pork and Peaches. 4 small peaches, cut in half and pitted. 2 garlic cloves, chopped. 1/2 cup white wine. 1 teaspoon of paprika. 2 small peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped into small cubes. 1 small onion, diced. 2 tablespoons of raisins. 1 tablespoon of honey. 12cl of malt vinegar. 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds. 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested. Serve the meat with the grilled peaches and the chutney. If you want extra garnish it works deliciously with a green salad or fries.

It is perfect for a midweek winter dinner. 500g frozen spinach, defrost in advance. 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice. 75 g Parmesan, grated. 1 1/2 dl cream. 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard. 1 dl chicken stock. 1 garlic clove, minced.
