Is a homemade quilt the right thing or would the recipient rather have a quilt from Target or Potterybarn (that would have cost probably at least half as much and taken no time at all)? This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118:24. There is one word that hasn't been far from my thoughts since delivering beckett 2 weeks ago. It is so very clear the third time around. Lasting for a very short time. It all started when i realized it won't be long and i won't have to steady his head by holding his little cheeks in my hand while burping. Beckett 12 days old. Daddy, hannah, and aj. Hannah, beckett, and aj. Daddy's looking at you! Mommy knitted me a hat.
