Vivace is a nice Italian centered, very nice date night restaurant, located at the Park Hyatt Aviara in Carlsbad, their service and setting has always been first class and I've never had less than a stellar time eating there or at the Park Hyatt. Which are in nearly every subway station and in every mall. Egg tarts. I wish I could smuggle all the pastries from Wing Wah. Back to SD with me in my check-in luggage. Wife cakes from Wing Wah bakery. Potstickers from 八方雲集, a Taiwanese potsticker chain with branches in HK. Cantonese people love Angry Birds, seriously.

When I was a kid I was enchanted by Nessy, the Loch Ness monster, as well as UFOs, Bigfoot, Ghosts, the paranormal, and Aztec sacrifices.
