Tuesday, December 22, 2009. This past weekend, my parents invited us to get away at the Alderbrook Resort on Hood Canal. My parents love this place and have been there a few times- we had never been there and with Friday being the last day of school for winter break, it was perfect timing! Please excuse the amount of pictures with me sans-makeup, but when you're on vaca with the fam, that's definitely something that gets dropped fast. :). Mom showing off her awesome calf muscles and perfect foot arch.

Friday, November 26, 2010. Thankful November- day 26. Each of these women have inspired me in different ways. Tiffany juggles an amazing amount of "life" each day and she truly, TRULY, enjoys and lives each moment to the fullest. Friday, February 12, 2010. What do the Pearsons do when we're 4 days past our due date? Mark sets up a photo shoot! It was dark out, so Mark had to do some interesting things with the lighting, but we're really happy with how these turned out, especially since it was such a spontaneous idea! Tuesday, May 18, 2010. Brynn is SUCH a cute baby! It's amazing how a baby's laugh just melts your heart and makes you want to laugh, too. She sucks on her hands constantly and has found her thumb, too. I sucked my thumb until the 5th grade (don't be a hater) and although it's super cute to watch her suck on hers, I don't want her to have bucked teeth and 4 1/2 years of braces like I did! And as if on cue, Brynn is waking up from her nap, so I'll leave you with some of our latest photos! Links to this post.

This is the first time Christmas has come and gone without sending us all (especially Ethan) in an emotional tailspin since 2011. What a miracle.
