We celebrated with friends and family on New Year's Day. After much too long of that silliness, I held him down and removed the splinter. He cried, kicked, and screamed at me. Laura looked on in tears as well. Jeff, Tricia, Addi, Jackson and Laura. I had a great run today. On a very hilly course, I did. 352 miles an 8:35/mile pace. Much faster than my usual, not sure why. I was even running alone. Sunday, August 17, 2014. So we have Eli with Spider-Man (the only boy kitten they had). And Lizzy with Cherry Cinnamon! They are pretty cute. They are starting to get used to us and play with us. Sugar is definitely the sweetest of the kittens. she loves to just be held. Spider Man is the most playful and Cherry is the scaredy cat. it takes her a bit longer to warm up to people. Two minutes later this is how they looked. We ended up not getting home til a little before midnight. First Day of 4th Grade.

For the past 3 summers, our kids have done swim lessons at the YMCA. We have loved having various friends in the same classes with us each year. It is just so special to have these memories with friends and to see how our kids have grown from year to year!
