Tuesday, February 25, 2014. I'm a couple days late on this one - but Sunday Mark and I joined the Chicago Athletic Club Tri Club. Easily the best decision, because we are only two training sessions in and I can already feel the camaraderie and push from the group. Wednesday, August 13, 2014. A weekend of epic proportions. After running my eight miles on Thursday, I wanted to keep the momentum going into the weekend. Especially with the triathlon coming up in two weeks I felt one of the last weekends before the event was a great time to test some physical limits. 400 circles for a backdrop – I sure hope this turns out! The plan is to go to the lake tomorrow after work to swim and complete what we couldn’t on Saturday. I’ll let you know how it goes.
