Six Items or Less, Day 8. | the acorn archive
https://theacornarchive.wordpress.com/2010/09/15/six-items-or-less-day-8
Laquo; Six Items or Less, Day 7. Six Items or Less, Day 15: The Halfway Point. Six Items or Less, Day 8. One of the benefits of. A pen on a necklace, courtesy of my long-time gentleman caller. A navy blue cable knit sweater. I’m confused; do sweaters qualify as “outerwear” and therefore not count towards the official Six Items or Less? Let’s pray to God that they don’t; otherwise, I’m screwed. Navy blue Keds from DSW in Union Square. Six items or less. Feed You can leave a response. From your own site.

Laquo; Six Items or Less, Day 8. Six Items or Less, Day 18: CRISIS. Six Items or Less, Day 15: The Halfway Point. It’s Day 16 of my Six Items or Less challenge, and I’m currently LIVE BLOGGING from my apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. What you see here, my friends, is my look from yesterday — the Crystal Castles look. 8212; the exact halfway point between the beginning and the end of my decision to wear six and ONLY six items of clothing for the month of September. Laquo; Six Items or Less, Day 18: CRISIS. Six Items or Less, Day 25: oMg whatever lolzzz :P. Six Items or Less, Day 19: Skirting the issue. I had to cave yesterday and today and WEAR THE SKIRT. Don’t worry, Susan. I shaved my legs :). I feel weird about wearing skirts in New York City anyway. For one thing, it’s getting colder, and for another, call me old-fashioned, I’m always worried about modesty when going up the stairs in the subway station :). Photo courtesy of lacklusterco. Laquo; Six Items or Less, Day 27: A 700-word treatise on clothing. Six Items or Less, Day 29: The end of the road. What to Expect When You’re Expecting… to Participate in Six Items Or Less. To the relief of at least a few members of this blog’s readership, I finally did some much-needed laundry. This writer is wrinkle- and coffee stain-free once more (at least for now). Still going strong in my blue popover and jeans, y’all. *fist pump*. Looks like the folks over at Six Items or Less. Might require a fit...

I will go to great lengths to avoid being cold. Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Special Needs, etc. 1 I broke my tailbone. Seriously. It hurts and I sit funny. And no, I don't carry a donut-shaped pillow around. I just take a lot of Advil and complain. The end. 2 We are going to buy a house! I hope. But in typical Cover fashion, we already have one picked out that is "perfect". 4 I'm listing Buster on Craigslist. Thursday, January 21, 2010. Poor, hungry Buster. Wednesday, January 20, 2010. I will go to great lengths to avoid being cold. Thursday, November 26, 2009. I am not a blogger. I am not very good at blogging. In fact, I'm horrible. Fortunately, my only faithful reader (my mom) is a forgiving audience and just calls me when she needs an update on my life. Also, my mom is a total babe:. 1 A wonderful, hilarious, forgiving, ridiculous husband. I love him a lot. 2 The best family. Between my sister and my dad, laughter rarely ceases on our home. I will go to great lengths to avoid being cold. Sunday, March 28, 2010. Here is what has interested me lately:. Even if you're an ultra-cool hipster, you'll love Ree Drummond. She takes good pictures, makes good food, and has somehow managed to find time to raise a family while maintaining a great blog. Ree also has a great dog named Charlie. I like to imagine that Timriggins will look exactly like him someday. You know how we are on a tight budget and need to eat most meals at home? Were building a house.

I will go to great lengths to avoid being cold. Tuesday, December 22, 2009. On my lunch break I stopped by our house (that backs up to The Crossing) to let Buster out back for awhile. The weather was nice, so I was in the process of unhooking a long leash to bring him down to the office so that Buster could be outside for awhile. Once I untangled the leash, I looked up to see Buster gingerly trotting toward the back of the yard. Buster, what are you doing? He breaks into a dead sprint. Oven Timers, etc.

I will go to great lengths to avoid being cold. Sunday, April 25, 2010. Today David went to our bedroom to take a nap while I sat down at the kitchen table to do some work. Within 5 minutes my phone was ringing. Don't worry, it was David. Hey, can you turn on the TV and see if the Cardinals game is on Fox? Are you seriously calling me from the bedroom to ask me to turn on the TV? Ha ha, yes, but can you just check? At this point I'm turning on the TV. I'm flipping through channels. Please, just love me!

I will go to great lengths to avoid being cold. Tuesday, September 29, 2009. We are on vacation. We don't have kids. Last weekend David and I went to Chicago. Our original plan was to go to see the Sunny Day Real Estate. From my point of view it was all a gamble. I didn't tell David, but I was pretty sure we were going to get on the wrong train and end up rolling our suitcases through a terrifying neighborhood while trying to find a cab. The second night we went to Fogo de Chao. And treated ourselves to ...

I will go to great lengths to avoid being cold. Thursday, February 25, 2010. This is the first time he's stopped moving in 4 hours. I'm going to stay here as long as humanly possible. I'll probably fall asleep too. Friday, February 19, 2010. I really don't have time for this. A sign of disobedience? You better believe it. Riggs, please get off David's guitar [insert correct piece of equipment name here] before we both get in a whole lot of trouble. Tuesday, February 16, 2010. Thursday, February 11, 2010.

http://mollybloggscover.blogspot.com/2010/04/office-wars.html
I will go to great lengths to avoid being cold. Thursday, April 1, 2010. Everyone is familiar with harmless office pranks- fake memos, staplers in jello, etc. Last week I opened my file drawers to find them all full of plastic Easter eggs (files removed, of course). Funny? I've been carefully plotting my revenge, and I knew it had to be good. But when April Fool's Day rolls around, retaliation looks entirely different. Wendy and Kay, you had it coming. The Yellow Desk's Blog. I couldn't help but wonder.

Six Items or Less, Day 29: The end of the road. October 5, 2010. As a little gift to myself for getting through SIOL/getting my first paycheck at Ye Olde New Job, I bought the red beanie you see above from Yes Jess. It’s getting chilly in these parts, and since I lost my favorite purple beanie last year, I have nothing to wear on my head — I don’t want to be caught unprepared. Besides, I needed something bright and amazing to enliven my mostly navy wardrobe. Six items or less. October 4, 2010. I firmly b...
