One day in the life of two foragers. Monday, December 24, 2007. Little did they know. How the day would evolve. It was too late to eat them, they were sodden and worm filled. and there were already scads of oak tree seedlings in the yard needing adoption. The side yard had also been a blanket of fallen acorns, covered with mud and rain, they also had been swept up. Little did she know what adventure would unfold just days later when brother inlaw Jeff arrived from Pittsburgh, a fellow forager.
