Next, get your ass to the gym and do this kick ass workout. 1) Heavy Weight BB Deadlift – 4×4. 2 a) Lat Pull-Down – 6×4. B) Pistol Squat – 2 (each leg) x 4. 3 a) Cable Bicep Curl – 8×4. B) Flys – 12×4. 4 a) Trap bar squat – 6×4. B) Single Leg Ham Curl – 6×4. 5) Chin-ups – 3 sets until fail. Pipe v-ups until fail.

Fitness, health, confidence, nutrition. All you need is…. 2 cups of freshly washed kale. 2 cups pomegranate seeds. 2 tbs goat cheese. 2 pinches of pepper. Half a cup olive oil. Half a cup rice vinegar. Step 1: Slice the eggplant into half inch slices, bread and sauté in a pan greased with olive oil. Step 2: Rip up the kale and throw it in a bowl. Step 3: Put the pomegranate seeds in that bowl. Step 4: Crumble the goat cheese op top. Step 5: Pour your dressing on top and toss that salad. June 14, 2015.
