Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Who would have thought becoming a stay at home mom would result in "workman's comp". I am proof. I have recently been diagnosed with de Quervain's Tenosynovitis. Of course, when you wear a wrist brace people are going to ask questions. So in explaining my symptons one day to a good friend she simply said, "I bet you have de Quervain's Tenosynovitis! Monday, May 16, 2011. Beau's Birthday and Mother's Day All Wrapped Up Into One. First, I'll start with Beau's 2nd birthday. We decided on a Texas Ranger Baseball theme on a Thursday night. Tuesday, October 26, 2010. 2nd Annual Halloween Party (from Hell). Swamp Juice (add lemonade). The agenda for the day was all planned out. A game first, pumpkin painting second, snacks, apple bobbing and making of their own caramel apples. All the kids wore costumes so we gathered them up once everyone had arrived for a group photo. Wednesday, April 21, 2010. The Innocence of a Child. He then asked how we get up there; if we fly. I said, "no baby, it's complicated". He innocently looked at me and said, "God just grabs us by our wings! I immediately had the biggest smile on my face and tears running down my face at the same time. That's exactly right. Tuesday, July 26, 2011. The latest report that I received on Tuesday was that Blane was able to bend his elbows and feel some touch on his legs but still unable to move his legs. His biceps are working but his triceps are not. He is not yet able to grip. He will be transported to Denver, CO as soon as the OKC ICU can stabilize his blood pressure, which as of today was really good. And try to help in any way you can. If not monetarily, please pray! Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Friends, Fun, and Food. We have had a most productive and fun filled weekend. Brye actually said, "I wish every weekend could be like this! Saturday began bright and early at 8:00 am, thank you Bexley. I did laundry most of the day and Brye powerwashed the driveway, sidewalks and fence!
