We had to have our bathroom re-modeled because we had 5 leaks. It was pretty annoying to have to do it, but on the bright side, my bathroom resembles a spa now which this pregnant lady is pretty happy about! Thursday, September 13, 2012. Mother's Day Out update! After Ellie's third day of Mother's Day Out, I am feeling much better about the whole situation! She seems to have settled down into an almost normal routine! We are no longer stressing out over the MDO backlash. She still cries at naptime and bedtime, BUT it's usually for less than a minute! Which is a HUGE improvement! She is still clingy, but she no longer screams "Mommy" in a panicky voice every time I am out of eyesight. I know this is only the ...

Saturday, October 20, 2012. A simple day worth remembering. Andrew and I were so excited to take Ellie to the State of Fair of Texas this year! Friday, December 30, 2011. To Grandmother's House(s) we went. Christmas with Ellie was like no other Christmas that I can remember. Just wanted to share about our great day of Thanksgiving! Then we headed to Carissa's Grandparents house where we had an incredible meal that all the women contributed to. Seriously, we are so blessed to have families that can cook such awesome meals. Finally, we went to my parents house where we ate pie and spent the evening with great family!

Our Church - Crossbridge. The Tastes of Summer.YUM! It Wont Go Away! Thursday, June 25, 2009. The Tastes of Summer.YUM! I just love peaches in the summertime! My in-laws recently visited Fredricksburg and brought us back some deliciously juicy peaches. I decided to create a tasty dessert and man was it good. Here is what I did. First, I cut the peaches in half and removed the pit. I placed them in a bowl flesh side up and sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon. What is your favorite summer time food?
