The Adventures of Christopher. The story of my adventure through life. Okay I have thought up just a little routine of my days as I strive to lose weight. Firstly, as soon as I wake up I will do 20 push ups, sit ups, squats, calf raises, side crunch things on each side, horizontal leg lefts on both sides, triceps dips and 60 second prone position. I have already been doing these at slightly lower amounts, so this isn’t just a starting amount. You need to work up to it! There is an amazing park close by!
