Since I initially started my journey in July 2009 (although I since have gained the weight in which I lost and have recently started from scratch again. I really struggled to exercise regularly. Like I have done most of my life, I made excuses not to exercise (and eat right). I could easily rattle off a number of excuses right now that I have used, some of them even being recently. I have a headache. I'm too stressed out.
