http://carsonsmissionblog.blogspot.com/2014/02/huacho.html
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Sunday, February 16, 2014. Dear Family, 9/10/2012. I love Huacho. I´m really close to the beach and its a little bit of a different feel but I like it. Its like Lima but its smaller, and the traffic is not crazy. We live just a couple blocks from the beach and when we go up on some hills that are in our area there is a sweet view. Our Pension is the best, I love this family! So they are a very fun family and I love them to death already!

For the First Thyme...: December 2011
http://forthefirstthyme.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
For the First Thyme. Friday, December 30, 2011. I have to say that although chocolate and banana in a muffin was a kinda weird combination, I did like these muffins quite a bit. I think next time I make them I'll try it without the cocoa and see if I can make them more like a banana chocolate chip muffin. Medium bananas, mashed. 1/4 cup 2 Tbsp unsweetened apple sauce. 1 1/4 cups white whole wheat flour. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 3/4 tsp baking soda. 2 large egg whites. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
