The Effects of Postmodernism (Part 2). January 18, 2010. Different Shades of Truth. The challenge of postmodern thinking within the church as a whole and amongst the teenagers in particular goes against the grain of the objective truth of God’s Word. 47% of the youth in my recent survey (2008) finds it difficult to articulate and define truth objectively and they do actually live with the notion that there are many shades of truth.
