Wow - one month old already! The transition to two little ones has been easier than I thought it would be. Having my mother-in-law and sister-in-law in town for two weeks following Juliana's birth helped tremendously…and I think the shorter labor (read: not. I try not to compare my experience with Emma to that of Juliana but I think it is inevitable. They are just so different. Happy THIRD birthday, sweet Emma Bean! I can't believe you are already three years old. I know it is so cliche, but where has the time gone? Emma is our little firecracker. She is spunky, energetic, fun, and so full of life. She loves to chat and will talk to anyone who makes eye contact with her (and probably even those who won't! She is always eager to help and loves doing things that "adults" do.like, the dishes! For her birthday this year she asked for tracks for Thomas (the train), a zippy sack.

I can't believe I'm already writing Juliana's 9-month update and that she is already 3/4 of the way to one year old - wow! Juliana is busy, busy, busy and has really perfected her crawl over the last month. She is all over the place and SO fast. We call her the little wrecking ball because she can destroy a room in no time at all. She pulls up on everything and the stairs are a constant draw.
