Monday night is pizza night around here, and for us that means homemade. Why homemade? Well, it is yummier, healthier, and way, way cheaper. And it is not nearly so complicated as people think it is. 1/2 TBSP instant yeast. 2 TBSP Oil (Olive Oil works/tastes the best for this dough but veg oil works in a pinch). 1 cup warm water (approx 115 degrees). 3 to 3 1/2 cups flour.
