Wednesday, October 12, 2011. Warming up on our first morning - crackling fire and hot chocolate. We caught tons of trout - best part is that we took some back for dinner! Riley's first official catch all by herself - she was so proud. Oktoberfest at the top of Sugar Mountain. Fun and games for the kids.German beer and bratwurst for mommy and daddy. Treeline - the colors were beautiful. Loving the German band at Oktoberfest. Taking a nature walk around the campground while the men cook dinner.

Sunday, February 19, 2012. I just posted about spring-like weather, and tonight we get THIS! Not much to write home about, but fun for the kids nonetheless. School was already closed tomorrow for a long weekend, so we don't get the excitement of a "formal" snow day. But we threw on some boots before bedtime to take a quick run through the front yard and throw a few snowballs. We will enjoy the flakes now, as the end of the week is supposed to be 65 degrees.CRAZY! He's odd but we sure do love him.

Bridger's One Year Photos. Bridger turned one on October 7 but I just got the photos from his shoot back. I had to share some of them because they turned out so cute! I miss his shaggy hair and chub! A little about Bridger at 1 year:. He loves books and reads stacks of them on a daily basis. His second love is balls. He's really good at animal and vehicle sounds. He cans say ball, hot, cracker, momma, dada, Jack Jack, and cheese. He's a momma's boy for sure. He gives the best hugs, kisses and snuggles.
