The Angel Cake Bakery. Monday, April 4, 2011. For April first we went and picked 50 pounds of strawberries. I found plenty of things to do with them. Cut pie crust in 4' /4' Squares. Cut strawberries in cubes and mix in sugar. Set the oven to 400 degrees and cook for 8-10 minuets or until brown/gold. You can cool it or eat it hot. Its your choice! 2 C powdered sugar. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. 4 TBSP hot watter. Melt butter and stir in the next two ingredients until smooth. Take off heat and stir in hot watter.

The Angel Cake Bakery. Friday, February 25, 2011. 1/2 C baking cocoa. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. 6 Tbsp softened butter. Mix cocoa and butter together with milk. Mix until nice and smooth or until you can't see bumps. Pour in vanilla and mix. Now your frosting is done. 1 box of cake mix. 1 small instant box of pudding (make sure that it is the same flavor as cake mix). 1/2 C veggie oil. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees on a greased cupcake pan for 20 minuets. Cool for ten minuets and then enjoy.
