Now to come up with the right name? We are all very excited. Thursday, July 22, 2010. We spent an incredible weekend in Chelan. So that Nate could compete in his first triathlon. The back story is that I signed him up for the Chelanman. Nate ended up coming in 47 th. Out of 500 and 7 th. Such an inspiring weekend.

Monday, December 28, 2009. The Angelo household was richly blessed this Christmas season with family and time with friends. It was so much fun to watch it all unfold in the eyes of a 2 year old. Riley would get really excited and yell "Santa coming to Riley's house! Here are some pictures in no particular order. Papa and Riley reading a new book. A favorite gift - a front loader that drives itself. A shot of the Christmas outfit - and Great Pop in the background. We saw this face A LOT - he LIKES gifts!

Monday, April 5, 2010. We spent Easter Sunday enjoying an awesome church service with Cindy and then had her over for a bit before nap time. Then Jim and Jill came and joined us after nap time to enjoy an Easter/spring meal of roasted chicken, veggies, homemade rolls and salad - topped off with some strawberry shortcake! What a great day to share with family. I hope your Easter was blessed as well. Dying Easter Eggs - he loved to see how they turned color! Riley painted a new cross for our wall.

We've enjoyed everything from rainy days and jumping in mud puddles to gorgeous fall weather like today with blue skies that make the orange leaves "pop" all the more. I've been thinking a lot lately about activities to do when the weather changes and we've been enjoying ourselves so much! We're anxiously awaiting the TCU. Monday, April 5, 2010. We went to our first game of the season on Saturday - unfortunately it wasn't a good result. Riley was pumped for the game all day and was more than ready to get his jersey on. Because it was so cold I ended up borrowing leggings from one of Riley's little girl friends so that he could wear them under his jeans. Pretty funny - but we stayed warm! Meeting the Mariner Moose on the way into Qwest. Riley loved the pre-game festivities. Hoping next time for sun and 75 - and a WIN!

Monday, March 22, 2010. Wonderful Trip to Texas. I loved our time there and forgot how much I love Texas. The hospitality is like none other! Wednesday, June 22, 2011. 95 Months, Standing Sienna! The other day Brayden and I were in Sienna's room. Sienna was sitting in her crib. Suddenly I heard excited giggles! Sienna was standing and looking at us over her crib! I looked back at what Brayden was doing, then heard some frantic shreeks. Sienna's feet had started sliding backwards, hence her face was smashed against the crib railing. Poor girl was scared of her crib the rest of the day. She is still pulling herself up! Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Checkin' out the first few inches. One morning Brayden went downstairs, found his boots and went straight out the door! He couldn't find his snow boots so off he went in his rain boots. We had him come in, have a little breakfast, bundle up and then head out. :). Then a day or two later we got over 9 inches! Sienna was pretty much stuck! Lost power a couple times, so Brett got the generator goin'! Having a little snack and watching a show before bedtime. We LOVE the snow!

Monday, July 2, 2012. My dad (kids call him their "B-Bo") ran his first marathon today. A few reasons this is amazing. 1. I never ever saw him run as we were growing up, unless we were late to catch a plane. 2. He just started running within the last couple years. 3. He injured himself a couple weeks ago and took a break from training. To quote him as we met him at the finish line, "I hit a wall at mile three and just kept going". Way to go B-Bo!
