Saturday, June 28, 2008. Are mistakes really the road to success? So it goes, I have days where I make dishes that are to my taste and the taste of my family. Then I have days where the perfect meal is in my head but the results from my efforts are disastrous. Tonights dinner was the latter. We did not have to put plan B in to action (ordering pizza) but in my opinion, it was pretty close. Crap Well maybe I can hide the flavor with a simple white wine sauce (easy enough right?
