I was kicking myself as we headed into the 100 mile wilderness, because I forgot to thank Yardsale's mom, dad, and sister Chelsea for sending us packages of fishing flies, and a long underwear shirt, and a big thank you to our dear friends Tom and Tess for sending us a totally stellar care package! We can't wait to see everyone!

Friday, June 14, 2013. We kind of feel badly that we haven't been doing a great job posting. and in fact I definitely will have trouble remembering all the highlights since last we blogged. This is because we have been hiking big miles and not taking too many breaks, and also we haven't had access to a computer to blog with. Wednesday, April 17, 2013. We arrived in Damascus, Virginia today after hiking 12 miles on lovely trails on a splendid spring day! Since Hot Springs, when Taylor/Yardsale last wrote, we have been through some trying times health wise.
