A Geek by Any Other Name: October 2008
http://precrisis.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
A Geek by Any Other Name. Sunday, October 19, 2008. Not such a Sweet Day. Just a question, did everyone else in the world know that yesterday was Sweetest Day? Apparently I am just stupid. In the five years I was single I seem to have to forgotten what month this greeting card holiday was even in. Unfortunately my girlfriend did not, awkward huh? Sunday, October 12, 2008. Tuesday, October 07, 2008. A Sickeningly Fun Weekend. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). People Who Are Far Cooler Than I.

Peoples Republic of Julia: Bible Grand Slam Deluxe
http://nachoninja.blogspot.com/2009/04/bible-grand-slam-deluxe.html
Peoples Republic of Julia. Wednesday, April 15, 2009. Bible Grand Slam Deluxe. Then I got a bright idea. Why not put veggies inside the eggs? Can you imagine if they opened them up and saw two baby carrots inside? They would shit a brick! It would be Awesome! It would be the greatest late April fools day joke ever! Unfortunately my boss didn't think my idea was as great as I did. :(. Speaking of work, we've been doing some serious spring cleaning and the other day I found this gem:. Ages: 7 and up. So th...

May contain mild peril. Frankly my dear…. This entry was posted on 27 July 2012, in Language. I didn't know that. As I was reading an Inspector Morse novel* the other day, I was struck by an assertion by Morse (and Chief Superintendent Strange) that the phrase “I don’t give a damn” should in fact be rendered “I don’t give a dam”, the dam in question being a small Indian coin of minimal worth (circa 1/40 of a rupee). Not dams in distress, but pounds sterling. The best currency in the world – FACT. Actuall...

Peoples Republic of Julia: In summary....
http://nachoninja.blogspot.com/2009/06/in-summary.html
Peoples Republic of Julia. Monday, June 01, 2009. My last 3-4 weeks:. 1)My mom's fiance fell and hit his head in their basement, resulting in him being life flighted to St. V's for bleeding in his brain. After a scan, the doctor also discovered aneurysms in his carotid artery on the right and left sides of his brain. So the wedding is postponed, there's going to be a major and highly dangerous surgery, and my mom's a basketcase. 2)One of our clients died unexpectedly. Riding the pig at Bubba's! View my c...

Right After This: February 2010
http://rightafterthis.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 23, 2010. Despite the thrill of spam comments making me look far more blogpopular than I actually am, I've turned on word verification. Annoying, but I know that everyone secretly loves the chance of getting a random scattering of letters that just so happen to spell something obscene, so you can thank me later. So, uh, basically a post to say that there's nothing really that I can post right now. Um Hope you're well! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Right After This E-mail.

Grump: Camping Spiders etc
http://grumpyolddog.blogspot.com/2011/01/camping-spiders-etc.html
Monday, January 17, 2011. Here are some photos from the rain shortened camping trip. It has been very wet in SE Australia, we have been lucky to get just a small portion of the rains. All the best to Queenslanders. A sunbaking Dragon fly. Look at this spider he has the best colour and shape. He kept hiding behind the grass seeds. These last two are your classic spider shapes. Yikes, yikes and yikes. The hairy one is kind of pretty. The caterpillar is adorable. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
