Sunday, May 25, 2008. Yesterday was the scariest day of my parenting life. Lauren drank up to 4 oz of children's Dimatap that I had stupidly left on the counter in the master bathroom. She is fine. With a quick call to Poison control and an even quicker trip to the ER, she was given charcoal to drink and was monitored for 4 hours. The ER Doc released her and said she was fine. Saturday, November 29, 2008. Noah has started a bad habit of playing with his food. Today was no different when we had lunch at Kmart's eatery. Noah was squeezing. His french fries when he excitedly said " Someone put mashed potatoes in my french fries! Peter and I were laughing so hard! Sunday, August 2, 2015. Britton is 1 month old! I'm behind and she's already 5 weeks old! It really is amazing how fast it goes by when you look back on it, but some days, it seems long.
