freckles chick: Nailed it
http://freckleschick.blogspot.com/2009/05/nailed-it.html
Making a fabric covered headboard has been on my list since the dawn of the blogosphere. I got especially giddy when blog friends Joi. Posted about their own versions. So using their glorious headboards as inspiration, I ventured into this crafty territory. And you know what, no one ever told me that a fabric store could be so intoxicating. I totally did not take all the bolts of fabric (Damask, trellis, oh my! Wait, what just happened.focus, FC, focus. For a king-sized headboard):. Now for the detail- n...

Back At Work |
https://outofsquare.wordpress.com/2011/05/11/back-at-work
May 11, 2011 in Uncategorized. As if you hadn’t noticed already, we’ve been taking a bit of a break around here. Or at least a home improvement break. There has been a lot going around here including side projects and family visits which has left us with zero time to DIY. Not only DIY but more specifically finish the kitchen. Last we left off, we were looking a little something like this. How do people have matching dishes that can be displayed on open shelves? In case you forgot, our Lagan butcherblock ...

Andreas Cakes: June 2011
http://andreascakes.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 28, 2011. What could be sweeter than a cupcake tower for a little girl's 2nd birthday party! For Lyla, I made 2 dozen Vanilla Buttermilk Cupcakes with a combination of White Chocolate Buttercream and Pink Lemonade Frosting. To top off the tower, I made a mini Classic Chocolate Cake with White Chocolate Buttercream filling and frosting. I used marshmallow fondant to create little cupcake decorations to match the colorful theme. Wednesday, June 8, 2011. Surf's Up Baby Shower Cake.

Thursday, October 7, 2010. Now that I have a little girl of my own, I am learning to appreciate all things girly and pink. In fact, pretty much every item of clothing in her closet has some form of pink on it! I LOVE the way this girly, Hello Kitty birthday cake turned out. Whimsical and feminine, perfect for any little girl's special day. It's made up of Strawberry Cake layers and Cream Cheese filling with White Chocolate Buttercream. October 8, 2010 at 6:15 AM. Inspire, Create, Love: "I can." Necklace
http://inspirecreatelove.blogspot.com/2010/11/i-can-necklace.html
Inspire, Create, Love. Don't make something unless it is both necessary and useful; but if it is both necessary and useful, don't hesitate to make it beautiful. As soon as I saw this. Posting on the talented Kelly Anne's etsy site. I knew it would be perfect for the gift bags. The "I can." message is what I hope these women will gain from this gift. Each of these women is unique. They each have a story. They each have challenges unique to them. Labels: The Hope Project. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Three Boys and a Girl: May 2012
http://3boysagirl.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 25, 2012. Last fall I decided I wanted a new dining set for our eat-in. I searched Pinterest for styles I liked and the following two pictures were my inspiration while shopping for my table and chairs. I liked the pedestal style and white color of the one on the left, and I liked the different styled chairs in the same color in the picture on the right. I started my search and found my table within a few weeks. Thank you, Goodwill, for the solid oak pedestal table that rang in at $40! I star...

Three Boys and a Girl: Sun and Sand
http://3boysagirl.blogspot.com/2012/06/sun-and-sand.html
Monday, June 18, 2012. I think I may change it up next year and do the whole relaxing natural beach thing, but we had a great "touristy" vacation this year! Warning: Insane amounts of pictures up ahead. The boys were obsessed with the ocean this year. They weren't the least bit scared and spent hours "fighting" the waves. Not all of Graham's crabs made it back to the sand. He loved on them a little too hard sometimes. Graham called them bugs. We planned to be at the beach the same time as the Hargraves a...

Three Boys and a Girl: April 2012
http://3boysagirl.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 30, 2012. We've been in our new place for one week. I survived. I survived the packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking. Do you have any idea how much that whole process of moving goes against my personality? How am I doing? Here's somewhat of a house tour. As we work, I'll continue to update. Remember to look at these photos with potential in mind. We've already made so many changes. Can't wait to share and get ideas from you all! Monday, April 30, 2012. Links to this post. Me: No, Graha...
