Monday, October 28, 2013. 21 Artworks to See at the 4th Singapore Biennale. Three days have passed since the official opening of the 4th Singapore Biennale: If the WorldChanged. And I am still awestruck by all the art and installations I’ve seen and how Singapore museums are so expertly curated and managed. Given the number of sites we’ve seen in our three day-excursion in Merlion Land, Ive decided to write a Singapore. Rather than dump them all one post and put everyone in an art coma (including myself).
