Life is gray / text is black and white write it down. The brilliance of this tune are the changes from minor to major keys. It's as though a key change is the chorus. Ironically, the change to major key is introduced with the line, "I can't resist the winter". This is a finely crafted song in all regards: "I feel so at home in this lonely atmosphere". Kid alien / "the atmosphere". I am the one with many faces. Floating outside of time and space. I am a man of many races. And maybe the silence carries me.
