Quinn does not hate to brush his teeth like many kids with sensory issues, but he certainly doesn't love it. And he won't do it himself. But that changed instantly when my husband downloaded the Disney Magic Timer app. Quinn literally runs into the bathroom after breakfast and dinner shrieking, "I've gotta brush!

But another shirt said, "Ask me about my attention deficit disorder" and then listed a bunch of random thoughts, ending with, "hi." Um, isn't making fun of a very challenging special need just a little bit cruel? Or do they see such a message as sanctioning their own prejudices? I fear it's the latter. Links to this post.
