I wash my hands. he sits, watching from the doorway. I walk into the kitchen, through to the living room. He follows, the soft pitter patter of his paws across my floor. When humans do this I squeal inside, feeling invaded. They are full of expectation, needs, wants. He, however just wants to be with me. Just wants to be.
