Wednesday, 3 April 2013. 那天跟朋友出來喝東西聊天，他是政治系的，自然聊到政治，尤其我國政治。聊到『解散國會、宣佈大選日期』的相關課題時，朋友的見解是，其實各方都太情緒化（或用我國政治人物很喜歡的字眼『政治化』）關於『首相什麼時候會宣佈解散國會』這個問題。什麼首相當然有權利選擇適當的時機宣佈、什麼首相遲遲不宣佈表示他沒膽 . 等等的。其實，這只是一個慣例，一個我國政治的慣例，一個我國的怪例，國會任期一到了五分之三，大家就開始發瘋，開始情緒化（政治化），關於『首相什麼時候會宣佈解散國會』這個問題。這次，首相真的遲遲不宣佈，當然其中也夾雜了其它外部因素，首相越遲宣佈，大家就越瘋。朋友的見解是，其實，不用瘋，時間一到，任期一到，國會就自然必須解散，之後就自然在六十天內要舉行大選。這是一個制度。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
