Njut av allt gott och prova dig fram. 2 st svenska ägg. 1 st urskrapad vaniljstång. 250 g mixade hallon (färska alt frysta). Vispa äggen och äggulorna med florsockret och vaniljstången. Tillsätt sedan sylten och de mixade bären och vispa ytterligare någon minut. Vänd i grädden. Kör smeten i en glassmaskin ( ca 1h) eller häll smeten i en form alt plastburk med lock.
