She loves coconut (a girl after my own heart! So I decided on a Paula Deen recipe that she had shown me a long time ago and then from there went for a fun tropical theme for the potluck party. I decided to make a little baby out of fondant. This premade all-white rolled fondant by Wilton. I really love this coconut milk powder from KA Flour.
