Después de la clase del jueves nos hemos envalentonado y hemos hecho los Mejillones en Salsa, el Bonito a las Castreña y la Leche frita. El bonito me quedó muy rico también, con su salsa. Pero la pescadera se ha empeñado en vez de hacerme filetes en hacerme rodajas y eran muy gruesos, aunque comestible. 175 gr de harina.
