Courtesy of Sweet Basil. 1/2 C Unsalted Butter at room temperature. 1/3 C Brown Sugar. 1 (8 oz) pkg. of cream cheese. 1/2 C Powdered Sugar. 3/4 C Mini chocolate chips (semi-sweet).
