They are so easy to make, you get to squidge the mixture in your hands, you get to watch as your golf ball sized bits of mixture turn into beautiful looking cookies and then you get to eat them warm out of the oven. I only recently bought the ingredients and finally made them myself. No cooking required and you can be eating them within 10 minutes. This recipe is adapted from Susan Jane White. Recipe – Makes 20-30 depending on size. 60ml almond butter – I use meridian. 2 tbsp cacao powder (not to be confused with cocoa powder).

I decided to make my Easy Peasy Lemon Cheesy-cake. It’s a firm favourite in our house. Jess loves to help me make this and eat it.
