A place where I discuss various matters. I like to talk and I like to listen. Monday, 23 March 2015. Recipe - smoky hot beans. 1 chopped pepper (it was a red one today). 6 cloves of garlic. Six large cold roast potatoes, cut into pieces. 200g mushrooms, cut into pieces. I drained can of borlotti beans. I can baked beans. I beef oxo cube. 1 big dollop of barbecue sauce (I had some Nando’s but even HP sauce would work). I big squirt of tomato puree. A sprinkling of crush chilli to taste. Whyever not ;-).
