Sunday, 8 March 2015. Ever since I got injured a couple of months a go, I have found it incredibly hard to get back into the gym. Despite being a daily visitor to my gym, I've been craving a different form of fitness away from my usual haunt since coming back from injury. Has anyone else ever felt the same? In the spirit of Spring I've been making great use of my reversible Sweaty Betty leggings. I am so excited - it's going to be an amazing experience! Tuesday, 29 July 2014. An Interview with Zumba Creator, Beto Perez! A couple of Fridays ago I was super lucky to have been invited to head down to the Excel Centre in London to attend the Zumba Instructor Academy which was in the UK that weekend. It's normally only open to qualified instructors so I felt really privileged when the email popped into my inbox, and promptly booked the day off of work to make sure that I could attend! Was an accident, but I see the reaction of the people and I say 'Wow!

Making every rep, and every day count. August 6, 2015. So, I am in my 4th week of Chiropractic school at Life Chiropractic College West, and next week is midterms already! It’s been about 12 years since I’ve been in school, so I’m a little rusty, to say the least. However, I am loving every second of it, and soaking in all the knowledge bombs I can! College at 18 was a lot like shooting darts while blindfolded, standing on one foot, during an earthquake, and trying to hit a target the size of a pinhead.
